RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from VIJAYANANDH through our website or authorized sales channels. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Return Policy

1.1 Return Duration

Customers may request a return within 7 (Seven) calendar days from the date of delivery.

Damaged or defective product complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.

Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

1.2 Eligible Returns

Returns will be accepted only if:

The product is damaged at the time of delivery.

The product is defective or not functioning properly.

An incorrect product was delivered.

The product is unused and in original condition.

All original packaging, accessories, warranty card, and invoice are included.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

Used or physically damaged items due to customer misuse.

Products without original packaging or missing parts.

Digital/downloadable products.

Customized or special-order items.

Clearance or final-sale products marked as non-returnable.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Approval

Returned products will be inspected within 2–3 business days after receipt.

Customers will be notified of refund approval or rejection.

VIJAYANANDH reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet eligibility conditions.

2.2 Refund Mode

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method:

UPI Payments → Refunded to same UPI ID

Debit/Credit Card → Refunded to same card

Net Banking → Refunded to same bank account

Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refund via bank transfer (customer must provide valid bank details)

Refunds will not be issued in cash under any circumstances.

2.3 Refund Processing Time

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

Bank processing timelines may vary depending on the financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.

3.2 Cancellation by VIJAYANANDH

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

Product unavailability

Pricing or technical errors

Suspected fraudulent transactions

Payment failure

In such cases, a full refund will be processed through the original payment method.

4. Replacement Policy

Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).

If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

5. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us, return shipping charges will be borne by VIJAYANANDH.

In all other cases, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of VIJAYANANDH shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, payment gateways, or banks.
